Free Returns - Total satisfaction, hassle free
Take advantage of free returns from anywhere in the US.
If you are not 100% satisfied you can return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All we ask is that you return items back to us in the original packaging and make sure the item is in the same condition you received them in.
To Return Online Purchases:
- 1. The product must be unused, unopened and return must be made within 30 days.
- 2. Log into your account and access your order history and select the product you wish to return.
- 3. Follow the step-by-step and select the reason.
- 4. Repack the merchandise in its original packaging. Please include the invoice (a copy is ok).
- 5. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and send you a confirmation by email.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from UPS/USPS (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
- - We do not accept returns without notification.
- - Shipping fees for purchases are non-refundable.
- - Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense.
All refunds will be made using the same transactional method as the payment.
Order cancellations are only possible before your order has been shipped and before you have received a shipping confirmation by email. You can verify your order's status online or by calling 1-866-576-5574. If you have already received the shipping confirmation, you may return the merchandise as soon as it arrives by following the process outlined above.
If you would like to exchange your product for a different color or a different item, please do a return as mentioned above of your initial item and make another purchase online.
We always try to ensure that the products we sell are built to last and every product is held to the highest standards for quality and food safety.
All products purchased at our store or through our website have 1 year warranty from date of purchase against any manufacturer's defects.
Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty or any problem that is caused by abuse or negligence.
If you have a warranty claim, we can help! Please contact email@example.com with the following information:
- - Proof of purchase (your order reference number);
- - Description of defect and details on when it was first noted;
- - A photograph or video of item which illustrates the issue.
The 1 year warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product or component.
Damage caused as a result of the following conditions is not classed as a manufacturing defect, and will not be covered by the warranty:
- - Damage caused by abuse or negligence
- - Standard wear and tear or color fading
- - Staining caused by strongly colored food/spices
- - Melting or warping caused by overheating
- - Products that have not been used or maintained in accordance with the Care Instructions
- - Product purchased via another seller
We do not accept liability for any items returned to us without prior authorization so please do not return products to us without contacting us first.
Please note that we don’t take responsibility for loss or damage in transit so please ensure the products are sent with a tracked service.
